Elderly Care

Home visits, food delivery and companionship services for elderly community members. Our Elderly Care programme supports older people to live with dignity and as much independence as possible by providing regular welfare visits, essential food and medicine deliveries, social contact and referrals to health or protection services where needed.

Who benefits

Older adults who are isolated, have limited mobility, live alone, or lack family support. We prioritise seniors with medical needs, those on very low incomes and people referred by community health workers or local committees.

What the programme provides

• Regular home visits for welfare checks, basic care and companionship.
• Food and medicine delivery for those unable to leave their homes.
• Referral and accompaniment to local clinics where required.
• Community social activities to reduce isolation and build local support networks.

How the programme works

1. Identification and referral through community volunteers, health workers and partner organisations.
2. Scheduled home visits by trained volunteers and staff with basic wellbeing checks and support.
3. Delivery of food parcels, hygiene items and essential medicines as needed.
4. Monitoring, case management and referrals for further medical or social support.
