Our Community Development Projects focus on durable assets that support education, health, worship and livelihoods — planned and implemented with local communities to ensure ownership, quality and long‑term benefit.

Who benefits

Entire communities benefit from better facilities: children who attend improved classrooms, patients accessing better clinic services, families who use community centres for training and social support, and worshippers using safe, functional mosque spaces. Projects are prioritised where they remove barriers to health, education or economic participation.

How the programme works

1. Community consultation and needs assessment to identify priority projects and ensure local buy‑in.
2. Feasibility studies, budgeting and transparent procurement to engage trusted contractors and suppliers.
3. Construction or rehabilitation with community participation, regular monitoring and quality checks.
4. Handover to a community management committee, training on maintenance and follow-up monitoring to ensure sustainability.
