Hajj and Umrah Support

Assisting pilgrims with travel arrangements, accommodations and logistics. Our Hajj and Umrah Support service helps eligible pilgrims manage practical arrangements so they can perform their pilgrimage with dignity and reduced stress. We work with trusted partners to arrange travel, accommodation, orientation, on-the-ground assistance and emergency support.

Who we assist

Individuals and families who require logistical, financial or administrative help to undertake Hajj or Umrah. Priority is given to vulnerable pilgrims identified through community partners, those with limited resources, the elderly and first-time pilgrims who would benefit from additional orientation and support.

What the support includes

• Assistance with travel bookings and visa guidance where applicable.
• Group or individual accommodation arrangements and local transfers.
• Pre-departure orientation and briefing on rituals and health requirements.
• On-the-ground coordination via local partners for welfare and emergency referrals.

How the programme works

1. Initial registration and eligibility assessment with partner organisations.
2. Confirmation of travel and accommodation options based on need and availability.
3. Pre-departure briefing and distribution of essential information and resources.
4. Ongoing communication and support throughout the pilgrimage, with emergency contact points.

How you can help

• Sponsor a pilgrim: Help cover travel, visa and accommodation costs for a pilgrim in need. Sponsor
• Partner: Travel agents, accommodation providers and local coordinators can collaborate to reduce costs and improve services.
• Volunteer: Provide orientation, translation or welfare assistance before and during the pilgrimage.
